GLASSHEAD BARRELEYE -is a new spicies of deep sea fish discovered.This fish is unusual in that it has 4 eyes -the extra set of mirror-like peepers on side of its head allow it to detect light around it.This is only normally seen in Moluscs,Crustaceans and is used to locate prey,predatores,mates better.The fish is 7 inchs long and was caught off the TASMAN SEA between AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND and can swim of depths more thanb 3,000 feet.
